Jesus-centered - we are committed to following the example of Jesus as a community and to honoring His teachings to love God and our Neighbor. 

Relational - Everything we do should initiate or deepen relationships between people from different walks of life. It is difficult to love someone you don’t know. 

Church-focused - We partner with all types of organizations and individuals, but our first focus is equipping the local church to demonstrate God's love by pursuing practical solutions to poverty in their city. 

Youth Development - We are committed to seeking solutions that bring complex threads together to restore our community and to empower all sides to participate in that work. 

Education - We are committed learners. We seek to learn from other communities' successes, to study each other's cultures, and to keep learning about God's vision for mercy and justice.

Innovation- Our commitment is to never be bound by “what we’ve always done” but instead to listen and respond to what is most useful now. We will stay alert and as the needs of our community shift, we will adjust our programming and training accordingly.
